El-Net wins the Warsaw telecoms licence
Article Abstract:
El-Net is the biggest winner so far in the privatization of Poland's telecommunications industry. The company, which is controlled by Elektrim, has won a Ministry of Telecommunications license for the Warsaw voivodship (province), and it already holds licences for six other voivodships. El-Net will pay $284.8 million over five years for the Warsaw licence.
